“I come from Algeria, and I arrived in France in 2014. I was the first employee of the Lemon Aide social enterprise. Actually, this job was my first job in France. I first had a ‘rehabilitation contract’, and then I was hired with a long term contract. I saw the evolution of Lemon Aide: a new warehouse, new equipment, new team. My job evolved too, as I am taking on new responsibilities such as planning, warehouse and stock management. I quickly felt at ease at Lemon Aide. The trainings here helped me improve my French, and I am feeling more comfortable when dealing with clients.  We bonded a lot with my colleagues; we are almost like a family now.”
