What they do, their know-how, must be valued at its true level. I remember one time I was with a catador (recycler) in Brazil, who in 5 minutes, was able to sort 20 types of waste for recycling, when they looked all the same to me. When you see this, you think to yourself- this is where the solution begins! The circular economy is already here. The food revolution is about restoring the possibility for everyone to make choices in a context where we often feel stuck or helpless.
