The Danone Ecosystem Fund has three governance bodies:
- The Guidance Committee meets once a year to give global orientations to the Fund teams, as well as points of attention and focus. It is composed of high-level external experts on topics related to the Fund, as well as key internal governance members.
- The Board of Directors meets at least once every six months to formally approve or reject investment decisions in projects proposed by the Social Innovation Committee.
- The Sustainable Integration Committee meets four times a year to issue grant recommendations to the Board of Directors (specifically, which projects to invest in and how much). It analyzes the robustness of project models and partnerships, and their capacity to answer the challenges identified.
