The Ecosystem Fund & Ashoka shared their experience on co-creation during an ‘Intrapreneurship Day’

Posted by Anne-Alice Fievet

“Corporate for Change”, a French organization aiming at promoting social intrapreneurship in big corporations, invited the Ecosystem Fund, along with its partner Ashoka, to share its experience on co-creation.

Amandine Hersant, one of the Fund’s coordinators, shared the key success factors for co-creation during an ‘intrapreneurship day’ to inspire potential intrapreneurs from different companies (Total, Coca, Veolia, Cap Gemini, …). Having the top management support, engaging employees, being resilient, taking risks and opening new doors, and being ready to fail are all important elements for a successful co-creation process, that every Ecosystem project experienced at some point!

“I was really inspired by the concept of co-creation and by the quality of the testimonies and interventions. It was an exhaustive morning, that brougt answers to a lot of questions!” says Lucies Taurines, attendant from Capgemini.
