On April, 25th, the Lemon Aide inclusive recycling project had a good reason to celebrate! The project invited all its partners and friends in its recycling facilities for the graduation celebration of its first Lemon-Aiders.
In addition to its contribution to circular economy, the project has deeply-rooted social values. Since September 2016, it has hired and trained 6 people that were away from employment to the skills of the future, the Lemon-Aiders. They have now all found a job, either with a fixed or long term contract.
The event was also the opportunity to meet the second round of the Lemon-Aiders, that will soon start the program. To know more, read the interview of Frédérique Rathle, Lemon Aide project manager.
