Co-creation is at the heart of Danone Ecosystem Fund’s approach. For each project we support, we seek to partner with locally-relevant actors with complementary expertise and a common vision. Depending on the context, these can be NGOs, local governments, academics, or for-profit companies.
Co-creation does not just mean signing a common contract; rather, it is the alignment of goals and actions on a continual basis. While co-creation isn’t easy, it works and is crucial to ensuring projects respond to the needs of various stakeholders. Over the years, we have challenged and been challenged by our partners on a consistent basis, always for the better.
Here are our learnings from this on-going experiment.
